WILL I HAVE EXTRA SET UP TIME?
Setup and clean up are to be done within your rental time. If additional time is needed it can be added at our hourly rate. You must be ready to walk out the door at agreed end rental time.
MUSIC FOR EVENTS
It's not a party without music! Feel free to use our plug and play option or we have several live music and DJ options!
RESERVING THE SPACE
Events- 50% non-refundable retainer fee to book date along with signed contract.
We offer a free parking lot attached to the building for plenty of parking for events and rentals.
CAN I HAVE ALCOHOL
Alcohol is allowed under the Utah State Laws.
It can not be sold
It must stay within the premises
Renter is 100% responsible for guests
No extra charge to bring in. However we can provide bartenders for an additional charge.
We want our space to feel like home. We are a fan of family favorite recipes, Costco runs or anything else you can think of!
All food is welcome with the except there is no cooking in the space, no grills, no ovens, or portable cookware. Crock pots are welcome or warmers are okay. Want to relax? We do have a preferred caterer company we love!
